About the Position

As a production engineer, you will be a central part of our technical team. You will work both operationally and strategically to ensure efficient and stable production. The role involves analyzing processes, driving improvement projects, and collaborating closely with both the operations and maintenance departments.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Identifying and implementing improvements in our production lines
• Optimizing processes for increased efficiency, quality, and safety
• Supporting production during technical deviations
• Participating in or leading projects regarding new equipment, installations, and automation
• Documentation and follow-up according to internal routines and standards

You will have a varied and developing role where you will work closely with technology and have a direct impact on our production.

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least five years of experience as a production engineer, preferably within the food industry
• Has actively worked with improvement work within the process industry, such as Lean, 5S, OEE, or Six Sigma
• Has good technical understanding and experience in analyzing and optimizing production flows
• Thrives in a role with significant responsibility and close collaboration with production and maintenance
• Is structured, proactive, and has good communication skills both verbally and in writing

Experience in automation or machine installations is a merit, but not a requirement.
